不同遮荫处理对蒲公英生长及总黄酮含量的影响

摘要
【目的】为建立优质、高产的人工设施蒲公英栽培体系。【方法】采用温室分区栽培蒲公英并进行人工遮荫的试验方法,设置5个透光率梯度处理(100%、82.6%、60.1%、37.8%、14.5%),测定蒲公英的株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶片长宽、地上干鲜重及叶片中总黄酮含量指标。【结果】透光率高于60.1%时,降低光强会明显抑制蒲公英的茎粗、叶片数、叶片宽及地上干鲜质量;透光率100%的自然光强下蒲公英总黄酮含量最高为60.60mg/g,总黄酮含量生长后期>中期>前期。【结论】透光率100%自然光强下蒲公英的株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶片长宽、地上干鲜质量及总黄酮含量均为最高。重度遮荫不利于蒲公英叶片总黄酮的积累,同一光强处理下,总黄酮含量生长后期明显大于生长前期。
        【Objective】The objective of this research is to establish a high quality,high yield cultivation system of taraxacum.【Methods】Five light transmittance gradients(100%,82.6%,60.1%,37.8%,14.5%)were set up in the greenhouse to cultivate taraxacum.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,leaf length/width,aboveground dry/fresh weight and total flavone content were measured in leaves.【Result】The total flavone content was 60.60 mg/g which is the highest when the light transmittance was 100%,The total flavone content was not significant when the light transmittance was lower than 60.1%.The total flavone content in later growth period is higher than that in the other two stages.Reducing the light intensity will significantly inhibit the plant height of taraxacum,and when the light transmittance is higher than 60.1%,reducing the light intensity will significantly inhibit the stem diameter,leaf number,leaf length/width and dry/fresh weight.When the light transmittance is lower than 60.1%,the light intensity is less significant on the stem diameter,leaf number,leaf length/width and dry/fresh weigh,but it will significantly inhibit the growth of the leaves.【Conclusion】Heavy shading is not conducive to the accumulation of total flavone.Under the same light intensity,the total flavone content in later stage was significantly higher than that in the early growth stage.
