摘要
通过室内叶管药膜法和田间喷雾法测定20%虫螨腈·唑虫酰胺微乳剂对豇豆蓟马的杀虫活性。结果表明, 20%虫螨腈·唑虫酰胺微乳剂对豇豆蓟马成虫具有很强的协同增效作用,其毒力回归方程为3. 943 5+1. 5285x, LC50值为4. 91 mg/L,共毒系数(CTC)为196;田间防治试验显示, 20%虫螨腈·唑虫酰胺微乳剂对豇豆蓟马具有明显的控制作用,在处理剂量为50 g/667m2时,药后7 d的防治效果仍可达65. 55%,与对照药剂乙基多杀菌素(62. 03%)无显著性差异。20%虫螨腈·唑虫酰胺微乳剂可作为防治豇豆蓟马的专用药剂。
        Insecticidal activity of chlorfenapyr + tolfenpyrad 20% microemulsion against thrips on cowpea was determined by the leaf-tube residual bioassay in the laboratory and spraying in the field. The results showed that this preparation had a high contact toxicity against the adults of thrips on cowpea with a linear regression equation of 3.943 5 + 1.528 5 x and LC50 value of 4.91 mg/L, which displayed that tolfenpyrad exhibited a strong synergistic effect on chlorfenapyr, with a co-toxicity coefficient(CTC)being as high as 196. The field spraying trials showed that chlorfenapyr + tolfenpyrad 20% microemulsion had significant control effects on thrips infesting cowpea. This preparation still had a control effect of65.55% on the thrips 7 days after sprayed at a rate of 50 g/ha, which was not significantly different from the control treatment spinetoram(62.0%). It is concluded that chlorfenapyr + tolfenpyrad 20%microemulsion can be used as a special insecticide to control thrips infesting cowpea.
