摘要
结合迅速扩容的风电市场具体要求看,催生了庞大的风电运维市场,我国风电运维市场亟待需要走向成熟。在这一过程中,风电专业人才培养,就成为时代赋予高校人才培养的新任务。本文拟从当前风电后市场发展的具体现状和认知入手,进而确定风电专业人才培养目标、专业培养岗位、创新实践"校企两境、虚实结合、岗位递进、双师带徒"人才培养模式,并且尝试性探究人才培养方案实施中的具体注意事项,分析人才培养方案实施效果,为风电运维后市场输送高质量在人才,保证风电机组全寿命周期内健康运行。
        Combined with the specific requirements of rapidly expanding wind power market, huge wind power operation and maintenance market is spawned, China's wind power operation and maintenance market is in urgent need of maturity. In this process, training of wind power professionals has become the new task entrusted by the times to the personnel training in Colleges and universities. This article starts from the current situation and cognition of the market development after wind power.And then determine the training objectives of wind power professionals, professional training post, innovation practice "Two conditions of school and enterprise, selective focus, post progressives, double division and apprentice" talent training mode,and try to explore the specific matters needing attention in the implementation of talent training plan. Analysis of implementation effect of talent training plan, the high quality talents will deliver to the wind power aftermarket ensure healthy operation of wind turbine in whole life cycle.
