财务共享服务下传统财务人员的转型

摘要
经济全球化的发展带来了大量跨国跨地区集团的出现,这使得企业的管理变得愈发困难。财务共享服务可以有效的解决企业在这方面遇到的问题。然而,随着财务共享服务的普及,使得大量的传统财务人员从繁忙的基础财务工作脱离,但与此同时,也使得他们将面临被淘汰的风险。那么在财务共享服务下传统财务人员的转型就变得至关重要。
The development of economic globalization has brought about the emergence of a large number of transnational regional groups, which makes the management of enterprises more and more difficult. Financial sharing services can effectively solve problems encountered by enterprises in this regard. However,with the popularity of financial sharing services, a large number of traditional financial personnel are separated from the busy basic financial work, but at the same time, they will face the risk of being eliminated.Then the transformation of traditional financial personnel under financial sharing services becomes crucial.
