农林化学类大学生创新创业体系构建与实践

摘要
根据担任多期大学生科研创新创业训练体系的指导教师的实践过程,考察了进行创新创业训练对大学生创新意识增强、创新思维的激发、学术能力的提高和综合素质的提升方面的影响。探讨了创新创业训练体系的构建和实施,并对参加科研创新创业训练的学生的职业规划和毕业后职业状况做一跟踪调研,充分表明大学生科研创新创业训练的实施可以提高农林院校的人才培养质量。
        Based on the practice process of the guidance teachers of the student innovation training program system,the construction and implementation of the innovation and entrepreneurship training system were investigated,and the enhancements of the innovative and entrepreneurial training for college students' awareness of innovation,the inspiring of innovative thinking,the improvement of academic ability and the promotion of comprehensive quality were probed into. At the same time,a survey was made on the career planning of the students who were participating in the training of scientific research and innovation,and the career status and development prospects after graduation,which fully showed that the implementation of the innovation and entrepreneurship training of college students can greatly improve the quality of talents training in agricultural and forestry universities.
