摘要
【目的】为研究丁香酚对长薄鳅幼鱼的麻醉效果。【方法】在水温(22±1)℃条件下,以不同质量浓度的丁香酚对长薄鳅幼鱼的麻醉效果进行研究。【结果】20~120 mg/L质量浓度的丁香酚均能使长薄鳅进入麻醉期,且麻醉浓度与平均入麻时间呈负相关,与平均复苏时间呈正相关;丁香酚质量浓度在20~40 mg/L时,长薄鳅的呼吸频率在经历了先升后降的过程之后,呼吸频率趋于稳定,当增加至60~120 mg/L时,其呼吸频率经历小幅上升之后,均呈现直线下降趋势,并进入休克期;以60 mg/L丁香酚将长薄鳅麻醉后再在空气中进行暴露,暴露时间与复苏时间呈负相关,暴露时间在2~24 min范围内的复苏率为100%,72 h存活率均为100%,当时间增加至26 min时,复苏率降低至70%,72 h存活率仅为40%;采用10 mg/L丁香酚麻醉液或经60 mg/L的丁香酚麻醉后立即转入10 mg/L丁香酚麻醉液连续浸泡10 h,可使长薄鳅进入镇静期,且对试验鱼影响较小,推荐作为长薄鳅幼鱼长途运输模式。【结论】40~60 mg/L的丁香酚麻醉液是长薄鳅幼鱼的理想麻醉浓度。
        【Objective】The present paper aimed to study the anesthetic effect of eugenol on Juvenile Elongateloach.【Method】Under the condition of water temperature at(22±1)℃, the effects of different concentrations of eugenol on juvenile Loach were studied. 【Result】The concentration of 20-120 mg/L of eugenol could make elongateloach into the anesthesia period, the anesthesia concentration and the average time into anesthesia was negatively correlated, the concentration of anesthesia and the average recovery time was positively correlated. When the concentration of eugenol was 20-40 mg/L, the respiration frequency tended to be stable after the process of respiration increased firstly and then decreased. When the concentration of eugenol increased to 60-120 mg/L, the respiratory rate of juvenile elongateloach had a downward trend after going through a slight increase and finally entered the shock period. The elongateloach were anesthetized with 60 mg/L eugenol and then exposed in air. The exposure time was negatively correlated with the recovery time. The recovery rate was 100 % at 2-24 min, and the survival rate after 72 hours were 100 %, when the time increased to 26 min, the recovery rate reduced to 70 % and 72 hours survival rate was only 40 %.Using the concentration of 10 mg/L of eugenol anesthesia or 60 mg/L of eugenol anesthesia immediately transferred to 10 mg/L of eugenol anesthesia continuous soak for 10 hours could make elongateloach into the sedation. The method had less influence on the test fish and meets the needs of long-distance transportation, which was recommended as a long-distance transport mode for the juvenile elongateloach. 【Conclusion】The 40-60 mg/L of eugenol anesthetic solution is the ideal anesthetic concentration for juveniles.
