陕甘宁边区改造“二流子”的教育经验及启示

摘要
陕甘宁边区是由中国共产党领导、经历了土地革命、抗日战争和解放战争三个时期的发展而建立起来的模范根据地。为了使边区的政权建设、经济建设和文化教育建设健康有序地发展,深入开展社会改造活动就成为巩固根据地的必要途径。为此,边区政府通过持久而广泛地开展社会教育,其中包括对好吃懒做的"二流子"改造,革除了社会中的恶习,促进了农业生产大发展,构建起了稳定、和谐的社会秩序,加快了边区新民主主义文化教育建设的步伐。总结边区社会教育中改造"二流子"的教育经验,对于当前实施"精准扶贫"具有重要的启示意义。
Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,a model base area,was established under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party( CCP) and went through the Agrarian Revolution,the War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation. To achieve a healthy and orderly development in political power construction,economic construction and culture and education construction in the border region,it was essential to carry out social reform activities in depth to consolidate the region. To this end,the border region government had conducted social education in a sustained and extensive way,including the reform of the lazy loafers. This had removed the pernicious customs,promoted the great development in agricultural production,established a stable and harmonious social order,and accelerated the pace of the new democratic culture and education construction in the border region. The educational experience of remoulding loafers in the border region has provided an important enlightenment for the current implementation of "targeted poverty alleviation".
