摘要
为解决涤纶织物高温高压染色时出现的焦油斑等问题,文章先使用高耐碱分散染料对涤纶织物进行染色,再进行碱减量处理,然后进行皂洗和水洗。对比此工艺与先碱减量后染色再进行还原清洗的常规工艺处理得到的涤纶织物的K/S值、匀染性、色牢度及纤维表面形貌,结果表明先染色再碱减量的工艺得到的染色涤纶织物拥有稳定的色光、优良的匀染性、良好的色牢度及较为光洁的纤维表面,即此工艺不需使用还原剂对染色涤纶织物进行还原清洗就可有效去除织物表面浮色和色斑,不仅能达到免还原清洗的效果还简化了染色工艺。
        In order to overcome the problem that tar spots were produced on the polyester fabric when dyed with the traditional disperse dyes in the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing process,the highly alkali-resistant disperse dyes were applied to dye polyester fabrics,followed by the alkali treatment,soaping and washing. K/S value,color levelness,color fastness and morphology of the polyester fabrics dyed by the proposed technology and the traditional dyeing process( alkali reduction-dyeing and-reduction clearing) were compared. It was found that the polyester fabric dyed with the proposed process had stable color shade,excellent color levelness,good color fastness,and smooth and clean fiber surface. This process could effectively remove float color and spots on the surface,without the need of reducing agent. It could not just reach the effect of reduction clearing free,but also simplified the dyeing process.
