摘要
[目的]开发38%吡唑醚菌酯·啶酰菌胺悬浮剂。[方法]采用湿法研磨工艺,通过粒径、黏度、分散性、冷贮、热贮和冻融稳定性等指标的测试,对配方中的润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂和原药进行了筛选。[结果]当吡唑醚菌酯12.8%,啶酰菌胺25.2%,DSC2005 5.0%,Ethylan NS-500LQ 1.0%、黄原胶0.15%、硅酸镁铝1.0%、丙三醇4.0%、消泡剂SAG6300.2%、去离子水补足至100%,可制得合格的38%吡唑醚菌酯·啶酰菌胺悬浮剂。[结论]该配方适用于不同熔点的吡唑醚菌酯原药,具有优良的低温和高温稳定性,为吡唑醚菌酯和啶酰菌胺复配悬浮剂配方的开发和生产提供指导。
        [Aims] The aim was to develop pyraclostrobin·boscalid 38% SC. [Methods] The wet milling was used to prepare the SC with different dispersants, thickeners, antifreezers and pyraclostrobin technical in the formulation through the tests of particle size, viscosity, dispersion and storage stability at high temperature, low temperature and freeze-thaw temperature. [Results] The best formulation was pyraclostrobin 12.8%, boscalid 25.2%, DSC2005 5.0%,Ethylan NS-500 LQ 1.0%, xanthan gum 0.15%, magnesium aluminium silicate 1.0%, glycerol 4.0%, SAG630 0.2%, and deionized water added up to 100%. [Conclusions] The formulation was suitable for pyraclostrobin technical with different melting points. The guidance for the development and production of suspension concentration with pyraclostrobin and boscalid was provided.
