一起中学生疱疹性咽颊炎和手足口病暴发疫情分析

<正>疱疹性咽颊炎(herpangina,HA)和手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)均是由人肠道病毒(human enterovirous,hEV)引起的常见传染病~([1]),且两者流行特征、临床表现十分相似[2]。引起手足口病的病原体最常见为柯萨奇A组16型(CV-A16)及肠道病毒71型(EV71型),引起疱疹性咽颊炎的病原体包括EV71,CV-A16,柯萨奇A组2型(CV-A2),4型(CV-A4),6型(CV-A6),8型(CV-A8),10型(CVA10)和ECHO病毒等~([2-8])。疱疹性咽颊炎和手足口病多集中在1～5岁儿童,传播以粪—口途径为主,且
