摘要
冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(Cirbp)是进化上保守的RNA结合蛋白,包含一个RNA识别结构域(RRM)和富含精氨酸-甘氨酸(RGG)结构域,在温度改变、低氧、辐射、药物、生长因子等作用下表达发生改变,从而对转录、转录后和翻译等进行调控。综述了Cirbp跨物种的进化保守性以及分子间的相互作用、细胞功能和在不同的生理和病理过程中的作用,包括昼夜节律、炎症、神经可塑性、干细胞的特性和癌症的发生发展等。
        Cold induced RNA binding protein( Cirbp) is an evolutionary conservative RNA binding protein,including a RNA domain( RRM) and a arginine-glycine( RGG) domain. The expression of Cirbp changes in temperature,hypoxia,radiation,drugs,growth factors and so on,so as to regulate transcriptional,post transcriptional,and translation. This article reviews the evolutionary conservatism and intermolecular interaction,cell function and role in different physiological and pathological processes,including circadian rhythm,inflammation,nerve plasticity,stem cell characteristics and cancer.
