摘要
目的通过实证分析不同渠道医院呼吸系统用药相关数据,了解中国呼吸系统疾病药物利用现状。方法从中国三个医药市场数据库(CHIS数据库、PDB数据库和MENET数据库)获取医院呼吸系统疾病用药相关数据,利用Excel软件进行整理、分析,了解中国呼吸系统疾病药物利用现状。结果基于多渠道的CHIS数据分析发现,以咳嗽和感冒用药为主的呼吸系统疾病用药整体增长放缓;基于重要城市医院渠道的PDB数据分析发现,以平喘药为主的呼吸系统疾病用药增长较快;基于重点城市公立医院渠道的MENET数据分析发现,城市公立医院的呼吸系统疾病用药增长最快。结论中国呼吸系统疾病用药整体呈增长趋势,但不同渠道增长有所不同。
        Objectives To explore the current drug utilization of respiratory system disease in China through empirical analysis of data on hospital respiratory system medications in different channels. Methods The drug utilization data of respiratory system disease in hospitals were obtained from three different Chinese pharmaceutical market databases(CHIS database, PDB database and MENET database). Excel software was used to collate and analyze the data, and to understand the drug utilization of respiratory system disease in China. Results CHIS data analysis based on multi-channel data found that the overall growth of the use of drugs for respiratory system diseases, mainly cough and cold preparations, had slowed down. PDB data analysis based on major urban hospital channels found that the use of drugs for respiratory system diseases, mainly antiasthmatic drugs, had increased rapidly; MENET data analysis based on public hospital channels in key cities found that drugs for respiratory system diseases in public hospital had become the biggest growth area. Conclusion Drug use for respiratory diseases in China is on the rise as a whole, but the growth is different in different channels.
