乳腺X线和超声检查对T_1及Tis期乳腺癌诊断效能的对比分析

摘要
目的探究和对比乳腺X线与超声检测对T_1及Tis期乳腺癌的诊断效能。方法选取2012年3月~2013年12月于我院进行系统的乳腺X线和超声检查的T_1及Tis期乳腺癌患者1500例,其中A组750例进行乳腺X线检查,B组750例进行超声检查。对比两组乳腺癌检出率和诊断准确率。结果 1500例中共病变165例,乳腺X线和超声检查均检出的病变为1400个。脂肪型或少量纤维腺体型乳腺,X线检查的病变检查率与超声检查对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;多亮纤维腺体型乳腺,两中检查病变检出率对比,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。致密性乳腺,超声检查病变检出率高于X线检查,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。脂肪型和少量纤维腺体型乳腺,超声检查病变检出率低于或等于X线,多量纤维腺体和致密性乳腺,则超声检查病变诊断准确率高于X线,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。结论纤维腺体量较少的患者乳腺X线检查的病变检出率与诊断准确率更高,而纤维腺体量较多的患者超声检查的病变检出率和诊断准确率更高。根据X线病变类型进行分组,病变类型与纤维体类型有一定的关系。
        Objective To explore and compare the breast X-ray and ultrasonic testing of T_1 and Tis the effectiveness of breast cancer diagnosis. Methods Selected 1 500 cases from March 2012 to December 2013 systematic breast X-ray and ultrasound examination in our hospital T_1 and Tis breast cancer patients, included patients with breast X-ray examination of 750 cases of group A, B group of 750 cases of ultrasound examination. Compared two groups of breast cancer detection rate and diagnostic accuracy. Results 1 500 patients with lesions in 165 cases of the CCP, breast X-ray and ultrasound examination of the lesions were detected in 1 400. A small amount of fat or fiber type mammary glands, lesions and ultrasound examination rate of X-ray contrasting, P<0.05, was difference had statistically significance, more light fiber mammary glands, both checked contrast lesion detection rate, P>0.05, was no difference had statistically significance. dense breast, ultrasound lesion detection rate was higher than the X-ray examination, P<0.05, was difference had statistically significance. A small amount of fat and fiber type mammary glands, ultrasound lesion diagnostic accuracy rate was lower than the X-ray, a large number of fibers and dense breast glands, the ultrasound lesions with high accuracy in the X-ray, P>0.05, was no difference had statistically significance. Conclusion The small amount of fiber gland lesion detection rate and diagnostic accuracy in patients with breast X-ray examination of higher and higher in patients with large amounts of fiber gland ultrasonography lesion detection rate and diagnostic accuracy. Grouped according to the type of X-ray lesion, lesion type and the type of fibers have a certain relationship.
