欣普贝生在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇引产中的疗效

摘要
目的:探究妊娠期高血压疾病引产中采用欣普贝生的临床效果。方法:选取某医院收治的172例妊娠期高血压疾病引产患者,并按照引产药物应用情况将其分为两组,对照组患者予以缩宫素引产,观察组患者予以欣普贝生引产,并对两组患者的治疗效果、血压变化以及Apgar评分进行对比。结果:观察组患者总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后血压比治疗前得到明显改善,且观察组患者的增幅程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后Apgar评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病引产中采用欣普贝生的临床效果较好。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using Xin Pu Sheng in induced labor of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods:172 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension were selected in the hospital, and were divided into 2 groups according to the application of induction drugs. The control group was induced by oxytocin, the observation group was induced by cinbend, and the treatment effect, the blood pressure change and the Apgar score of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the blood pressure was significantly improved after treatment, and the increase of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05); the comparison of the two groups after the treatment was compared with the Apgar score(P>0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of Xin Pu Sheng is better in induced labor of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
