摘要
伊朗某高品位金矿石属石英脉型含金氧化矿石,金品位4. 81 g/t,银具有综合回收价值。金主要为裸露及半裸露金,金属矿物主要为自然金、赤铁矿、褐铁矿、黄铁矿等。为确定该金矿石绿色环保浸出工艺,进行无氰环保提金剂浸出试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0. 074 mm 85%、无氰环保提金剂XJ-2用量5 kg/t、石灰用量6 kg/t、浸出浓度30%、搅拌浸出时间48 h的条件下,贵液金浸出率94. 04%、银浸出率88. 29%,尾渣金品位较低,获得了良好的浸出效果。
A high grade gold ore belongs to quartz vein type gold oxidized ore in Iran,whose the gold grade is 4. 81 g/t,and the silver has comprehensive recovery value. The gold are mainly exposed gold and semi-exposed gold,the metallic minerals are mainly natural gold,hematite,limonite,pyrite,etc. In order to determine the green and environmental protection leaching process of the ore,leaching experiment of cyanide-free and environmental protection gold extraction agent was carried out. The results showed that under the conditions of grinding fineness -0. 074 mm 85%,cyanide-free and environmental protection gold extraction agent XJ-2 dosage of 5 kg/t,lime dosage of 6 kg/t,leaching concentration 30%,agitation leaching time 48 h,the gold leaching rate of pregnant solution was 94. 04%,the silver leaching rate was 88. 29%,and the gold grade of leaching tailings was low. The good leaching effect was obtained.
