摘要
目的:了解南通市某高职院校药学毕业生核心能力状况,为培养学生核心能力提供参考。方法:方便抽取南通市某高职院校药学毕业生进行问卷调查和访谈。结果:90.15%学生意识到核心能力在工作中的重要性;行业最看重的能力主要是交流表达能力、解决问题能力、与人合作能力和创新能力。学生自我测评较为满意的是与人合作能力、交流表达能力、解决问题能力和自我学习能力,最薄弱的是外语运用能力;不同就职年限和收入层次对学生核心能力的影响有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:学生的核心能力在职场中较为重要,学校应努力寻找提升核心能力的策略,提高学生的核心竞争力。
        Objective: To investigate the status quo of core competence of pharmaceutical graduates in a higher vocational college in Nantong City, so as to provide reference for the cultivation of students' core competence. Methods:By means of questionnaire and interview, the pharmaceutical graduates from a higher vocational college in Nantong City were selected by convenient sampling for investigation. Results:90.15% of the students realized the importance of core competence in the work. The top four abilities in the industry were communication and expression ability, problem-solving ability, cooperation ability and innovation ability. The students' self-assessment showed that they were more satisfied with cooperation ability, communication and expression ability, problem-solving ability and self-learning ability. There were significant differences in the influence of different length of service and income levels on students' core competence(P<0.05). Conclusion: Students' core competence is more important in the workplace. Schools should strive to find strategies for improving core competence to improve students' core competence.
