摘要
<正>美国精神病学家FREUDENBERGER于1974年首次提出职业倦怠(occupational burnout)的概念,用来描述个体对工作中长期压力的反应。这些反应的特点是情绪耗竭,疏远、冷漠地对待工作和其他人及玩世不恭的态度和个人实现的下降~([1])。因
