高校法学理论教学存在问题与对策
摘要
对于高校法学专业的学生而言,法学理论教学是其教育教学过程中非常重要的一部分。法学理论教学的成效直接影响着法学专业学生的知识理解程度、学习技能掌握程度,进而影响其毕业就业情况。高校法学理论教学具备极强的现实意义,为了保证高校法学理论教学的质量,教育部门不断的加大了高校法学理论教学的改革力度,这在一定程度上促进了高校法学理论教学发展,然而却没有全面消除法学教学过程中存在的问题。通过剖析高校法学理论教学现状,我们不难发现诸如课程设置不合理、教学方法较单一等众多问题依然制约着高校法学理论教学发展,不仅影响了学生投身法学理论教学的积极性,更影响了学生法学素质的全面发展。优化高校法学理论教学是高校当前一项紧迫且重要的任务,本文就此展开讨论,希望能够对推动高校法学理论教学发展贡献绵薄之力。
For students majoring in law, law theory teaching is a very important part of their education and teaching process.The effectiveness of legal theory teaching directly affects the degree of knowledge understanding and mastery of learning skills of law students, which in turn affects their employment. The theoretical teaching of law in colleges and universities has a strong practical significance. In order to ensure the quality of legal theory teaching in colleges and universities, the education department has continuously increased the reform of legal theory teaching in colleges and universities, which promoted the development of legal theory teaching in colleges and universities to some extent. The problems in the process of law teaching have not been completely eliminated. By analyzing the current situation of legal theory teaching in colleges and universities,we can easily find that many problems such as unreasonable curriculum setting and single teaching method still restrict the development of legal theory teaching in colleges and universities, which not only affects the enthusiasm of students to participate in legal theory teaching, but also affects students' law. The comprehensive development of quality. Optimizing the teaching of law theory in colleges and universities is an urgent and important task in colleges and universities. This paper discusses this and hopes to contribute to the development of legal theory teaching in colleges and universities.
