摘要
水泥土搅拌桩是软土地区最常用的地基处理方法之一,然而目前对水泥土搅拌桩施工质量的管控措施有限且效果不理想。该文以杭州绕城西复线湖州段软基处理项目为例,介绍一种基于"物联网+"技术的软基处理施工在线实时监控系统在实际工程中的应用。工程实践表明:基于物联网技术的搅拌桩施工全过程远程监测系统可实现对水泥土搅拌桩施工过程中的数据进行实时追踪与反馈,并进行实时计算分析,及时发现水泥土搅拌桩施工过程中如施工时间过短、桩身灰量较少、桩体灰量不均匀、桩长短于设计桩长等问题并进行报警;该监控系统可大幅提高水泥搅拌桩软基加固工程的管理水平。
        The cement-soil mixing pile is one of the most commonly used foundation treatment methods in soft soil area. However,at present,the quality control measures for cement-soil mixing pile construction are limited and the effect is not satisfactory. Taking the soft foundation treatment project of Huzhou Section of Hangzhou West Round Line as an example,this paper introduces the application of on-line real-time monitoring system for soft foundation treatment construction based on "internet of things+" technology in practical engineering.The engineering practice shows that the remote monitoring system for the whole construction process of mixing piles based on internet of things can realize real-time tracking and feedback of the data in the construction process of cement-soil mixing piles,and carry out real-time calculation and analysis. It can timely discover and warn such problems as too short construction time,less ash content of piles,uneven ash content of piles,shorter length of piles than design piles and so on in the construction process of cement-soil mixing piles. The monitoring system can greatly improve the management level of cement mixing pile soft foundation reinforcement project.
