摘要
以某厂次冰铜为原料,进行有价金属铜、锌、铟浸出实验。探究磨矿时间、液固比、氧气压力、初始酸浓度、搅拌速率、分散剂添加量对次冰铜中铜、锌、铟浸出率的影响。结果表明:最优条件下,某厂次冰铜中铜、锌、铟浸出率分别能达到95.32%、80.68%、70.25%;最优工艺为,磨矿时间7.5 min、液固比4∶1、氧气压力1.0 MPa、初始酸浓度20%、搅拌速率600 r/min、分散剂添加量5%。
The leaching test of the valuable metals copper,zinc,and indium is carried out using one batch copper matte as the raw material.In order to explore the influence of ore grinding time,liquid- solid ratio,oxygen pressure,the initial acid concentration,mixing speed,dispersing agent additive amount to the leaching efficiency of zinc,zinc,indium in the batch copper matte.the results show:under the optimal conditions,the leaching rate of copper,zinc,indium in one batch copper matte can reach to 95.32%,80.68%,70.25%separately;the optimal process conditions are:ore grinding time is 7.5min,the liquid-solid ratio is 4∶ 1,the oxygen pressure is 1.0 MPa,the initial acid concentration is 20%,the mixing speed is 600 r /min,the additive amount of dispersing agent is 5%.
