摘要
通过稀土合金阳极板与传统Pb-Ag阳极板的锌电积工业对比试验,从析出锌的产量、质量、槽电压、电流效率、直流电耗、阳极板的耐腐蚀性及其它性能指标等方面探索和验证稀土合金阳极板的优劣。
Zinc electrowinning industrial comparative tests were carried out for rare earth alloy anode plate and the traditional Pb-Ag anode plate, the advantages and disadvantages of rare earth alloy anode plate were explored and verified by yield, quality, cell voltage, current efficiency, DC power consumption of precipitating zinc, the corrosion resistance and the other performance indicators of anode plate.
