摘要
总结近年来在急性心肌梗死(AMI)中发现的lncRNA作用机制以及其作为AMI治疗靶点的潜在应用。目前,非编码RNA(ncRNA)的研究成为AMI的治疗靶点。NcRNAs作为一类通常不编码蛋白质的RNA分子被分成几个亚组,其中,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)被广泛研究并用于调节AMI的几个病理学方面,包括心肌细胞凋亡、炎症、血管生成和纤维化形成等。
