摘要

思想政治教育对培养新时代德智体美劳全面发展的大学生至关为重要,是落实立德树人根本任务、提升高校学生培养质量、引导学生规范自身行为与认知的主渠道。从大学生思想政治教育的现状来看,思想政治教育的内容、方式方法仍存在一些问题,教育者本身也存在较大的局限性,这影响了新时代大学生思想政治的教育质量。因此,需要从提升思想政治教育的实效性、满足学生的个性化教育需求、提高思政教师队伍整体水平等途径提升新时代大学生思想政治教育质量。
        Nowadays, as the main channel of morality education, quality improvement of talent training, as well as students' selfregulation and cognition, the education doctrine plays the essential role in the all-round development of college students in new era.However, there still exist some problems in some aspects of the college students' ideological and political education, such as its content,its method and its educator, which works together to restrict the quality of education itself. Therefore, in new era, it demands improving the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education, meeting their individualized educational needs, and also enhancing the overall level of its educators, so as to achieve its real quality improvement.
