渗沥液处理厂风机节能改造的方案研究

摘要
老港渗沥液处理厂目前的曝气风机使用的是罗茨风机,能耗高的同时,风机的维修、保养成本也较高。通过市场调研,目前空气悬浮风机的使用技术越来越成熟,同时空气悬浮风机较罗茨风机能耗低、维护成本低、整体经济性成本低,因此考虑对现有的罗茨风机进行节能改造,使用空气悬浮风机替代;分析了节能改造的基本方案及选定方案的商业模式,考虑到投资风险、市场等因素,拟采用以租代买的采购模式、通过分步改造的方式来实现。
        At present,the aeration fan in Laogang leachate treatment plant uses roots fan,which has high energy consumption and high maintenance cost. Through market research,the use of air suspension fantechnology is becoming more and more mature. Meanwhile,air suspension fan has lower energy consumption,lower maintenance cost and lower overall economic cost than roots fan. Therefore,the existing roots fan is considered to be energy saving transformation,and the air suspension fan is used instead. The basic scheme and the business model of the selected scheme were analyzed. Moreover,considering the investment risk,market business model and other factors,it is proposed to adopt the procurement mode of renting instead of buying and realize it by means of gradual transformation.
