摘要
针对某型涡扇发动机在试飞中出现的滑油压差异常故障,通过分析发动机润滑系统的工作原理和滑油检查结果,对比该型发动机在外场试飞中出现的滑油压差异常故障,找到了造成发动机滑油压差异常故障产生的根本原因:由于飞附回油系统的回油能力弱,当发动机在高工作状态下时,飞附回油泵不能将飞附机匣中的滑油及时抽回滑油箱,会造成滑油压差下降,甚至低于下限值;滑油压差低会造成发动机内部组件的机械磨损加剧,导致滑油中金属屑增多,回油阻力增大,同时影响调压活门的调压能力,最终导致发动机在非高状态下出现滑油压差下降和摆动超限故障。结合试飞实际提出了故障解决方案,在执行故障解决措施后,试飞验证该发动机再未出现过类似滑油压差异常故障,验证了故障解决措施的有效性。
        aiming at the abnormality of the oil pressure difference that occurs in the test flight of a turbofan engine. By analyzing the working principle of the engine lubrication system and checking the results of the oil test,comparing the similar faults of this type of engine in the field test flight,the root cause of the abnormal pressure difference caused by engine oil pressure was found,and the fault solution is proposed. The flight test results show that: Due to the weak oil returning capacity of the aircraft accessory case oil return system,when the engine is in a high working state,the oil pump cannot pump the oil in the aircraft accessory case back into the oil tank in time,which will cause the pressure difference of the oil to drop,even below the lower limit. Low pressure difference of the oil will cause the mechanical wear of the internal components of the engine to increase,resulting in increased metal scrap in the lubricating oil,increased oil return resistance,and affecting the pressure regulating capability of the pressure regulating valve,ultimately leading to the engine has a drop in oil pressure drop and a swing overrun in a non-high state. After the implementation of the fault resolution measures,the flight test verifies that the engine has no similar abnormal fault of oil pressure difference,and verifies the effectiveness of the fault resolution measures.
