摘要
基于AutoCAD平台及其二次开发工具VBA开发图形交互式折弯模拟的软件,其开发采用面向对象软件工程的方法,实现只需完成几个选项就能自动建立所选模具的装配图。用户只需将零件简图放入相应位置后,就能轻松进行模拟折弯,可以快速、准确判断零件折弯工艺的可行性,从而大大提高判断折弯工艺可行性的工作效率。
The graphic interactive bending simulation software based on the AutoCAD platformand its two development tool VBA, its development is based on object-oriented softwareengineering,the assembly diagram of the selected die can be automatically established bycompleting several options.The user only needs to put the parts sketch in the correspondingposition,the analog bending can be made easily.This paper introduced a software of this kind, itcan quickly and accurately determine the feasibility of bending process of parts,thus greatlyimproving the efficiency of judging the feasibility of bending technology.
