宁夏黄灌区不同高丹草品种的生产性能和饲用价值研究

摘要
为了筛选适宜宁夏黄灌区褐色中脉(BMR)高丹草品种,采用随机区组设计,在宁夏黄灌区对引进的5个褐色中脉(BMR)高丹草和常规高丹草品种生产性能、营养成分、干物质体外消化率和中性洗涤纤维体外消化率进行分析,并采用隶属函数法综合评价。结果表明:参试品种在宁夏引黄灌区长势均良好,无大面积病虫害发生,BMRG3干草产量最高,BMRG6株高和鲜草产量最高;BMRG4粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量在参试品种中最高,分别为18.6%和2.4%,6个品种相对饲喂价值大于90,均达到3级牧草标准;BMR高丹草干物质体外消化率和中性洗涤纤维体外消化率比对照常规品种有所增加,但不同品种间差异不显著(P<0.05)。综合评价后得出适宜宁夏黄灌区种植的BMR高丹草顺序为:BMRG4>BMRG3>BMRG2>BMRG6>BMRG5。
        In order to select the brown midrib(BMR)Sorghum×Sudangrass hybridin the irrigation area of Ningxia Yellow River,a randomized block design was conducted to compare the production performance,nutrient composition,in vitrodry matterdigestibility(IVDMD)and in vitroneutral detergent fiber digestibility(NDFD)of five cultivarsof BMR hybrid and one conventional Sorghum.The membership function method was adopted for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the tested cultivarshad good growth in the Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation Area,and no large-scale occurrence of diseases and insect pests.The hay yield of BMRG3 was the highest.BMRG6 had the highest fresh yield and plant height.The content of crude protein and crude fat of BMRG4 were 18.6% and 2.4%,respectively,which were the highest among the tested cultivars.The relative feeding value of the six cultivars was greater than 90,which had reached the level III of forage standard.IVDMD and NDFD of BMR hybrid were higher than the conventional Sorghum,but there was no significant difference(P<0.05)among different cultivars.After comprehensive evaluation,it was concluded that the suitable planting order of BMR hybridin Ningxia yellow irrigation district was:BMRG4>BMRG3>BMRG2>BMRG6>BMRG5.
