类风湿关节炎相关血清学诊断指标研究进展

<正>类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是国际公认的难治性疾病,也是医疗消费最高的疾病之一,近年来其发病率一直处于较为平缓状态,全球约为1.0%,我国为0.32%~0.36%[1]。尽管如此,RA仍然是全球发病率最高的自身免疫病,致残率高达15%,并且病情隐匿、早期症状不典型,进行性发展的关节滑膜炎症若不及时控制和正确治疗,终将导致关节的功能丧失和不可逆性损坏,甚至终生残疾,严重危害
