活血止痛汤联合针灸治疗急性胃炎的疗效研究

摘要
目的:观察活血止痛汤联合针灸治疗对急性胃炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年11月~2017年3月到我院我院中医内科就诊的急性胃炎患者84例,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取活血止痛汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予针灸配合治疗,治疗2天后,观察比较两组患者的治疗疗效。结果:治疗后,对照组的治疗有效率为50%,观察组的治疗有效率为90.5%,两组患者的治疗有效率的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗前,两组患者症状积分的数据差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,对照组上脘疼痛的症状积分为(2.87±0.84)分,观察组上脘疼痛的症状积分为(1.54±0.49)分;对照组恶心呕吐的症状积分为(2.64±0.71)分,观察组恶心呕吐的症状积分为(1.66±0.73)分;对照组腹胀腹泻的症状积分为(2.71±0.87)分,观察组腹胀腹泻的症状积分为(1.64±0.66)分,两组患者症状积分的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组患者的胃动素为(95.27±14.13)ng/L,胃泌素为(221.57±16.45)ng/L;观察组患者的胃动素为(119.56±17.24)ng/L,胃泌素为(294.71±18.97)ng/L,两组患者的胃动素及胃泌素的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:活血止痛汤联合针灸治疗急性胃炎具有显著的疗效效果,具有重要研究价值。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Zhitong Decoction combined with acupuncture on acute gastritis. Methods: 84 patients with acute gastritis from November 2016 to March 2017 of our hospital of traditional Chinese medicine clinic patients were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,the controlled group took Huoxue Zhitong Decoction,the observation group was treated with acupuncture and Huoxue Zhitong Decoction,after 2 days of treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups were observed and compared. After treatment,the patients in the controlled group was( 95. 27±14. 13) ng/L,gastrin was( 221. 57± 16. 45) ng/L; The patients in the observation group was( 119. 56± 17. 24)ng/L. Gastrin was( 294. 71±18. 97) ng/L. Data had statistically significant difference of motilin and gastrin in the patients of the two groups( P<0. 05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion: Huoxue Zhitong Decoction combined with acupuncture has significant curative effect on acute gastritis,and has important research value.
