摘要
本研究致力于通过处理后的玉米秸秆玉米芯制备一种新型生物吸附剂来吸附室内PM2.5。将玉米秸秆和玉米芯经过二次酸式冷处理改性后制备新型生物吸附剂。建立Pb~(2+)浓度、渣滓加入量、吸附时间的二次回归正交旋转模型,选取最优吸附率组合条件。Freundlich吸附等温式多层分析和二级动力学较好阐述玉米秸秆和玉米芯对Pb~(2+)吸附行为。SEM观测、X能谱、FTIR分析及BET可知,玉米秸秆和玉米芯渣滓表面均疏松多孔,且羟基、羧基等基团对Pb~(2+)吸附起较好效果,此吸附过程是物理化学混合吸附。本实验通过改性的玉米芯和玉米秸秆作为新型吸附剂吸附室内PM2.5,达到以废治废,废物利用的效果。
        This study was devoted to prepare a new bio-adsorbent to adsorb indoor PM2.5 through the treated corn stalks and cobs. Corn straws and corn cobs were modified by secondary hydrochloride cold treatment to prepare new type of bio-adsorbent. The quadratic regression orthogonal rotation model of Pb~(2+) concentration, dregs addition and adsorption time was constructed to determine the optimal combination condition for adsorption rate.Freundlich adsorption isotherm analysis and second-order kinetics equation could be used to describe the adsorption of corn straw and corn cob for Pb~(2+). Through SEM observation, X-ray energy spectrum, FTIR analysis and BET, it was found that the maize straw and corn cob dross surface was porous, and hydroxyl and carboxyl groups had good effect on Pb~(2+) adsorption. The adsorption process was a mixed physical and chemical adsorption proces.In this experiment, the modified corncob and corn stalk were used as new adsorbents to adsorb indoor PM2.5,achieving the effect of using the waste to treat waste and making good use of waste materials.
