心理资本对少数民族预科生主流文化适应的影响:有调节的中介模型

摘要
目的:考察心理资本、文化智力、感知文化距离和少数民族预科生主流文化适应之间的关系及其作用机制。方法:采用心理资本量表、文化智力量表、感知文化距离量表和主流文化适应量表对665名少数民族预科生进行调查。结果:①心理资本显著正向预测少数民族预科生主流文化适应;②文化智力是心理资本与少数民族预科生主流文化适应之间的中介变量;③感知文化距离调节了心理资本通过文化智力影响少数民族预科生主流文化适应的中介过程。文化智力对少数民族预科生主流文化适应的影响,随着感知文化距离的增大而减弱。结论:心理资本通过文化智力的中介作用和感知文化距离的调节作用对少数民族预科生主流文化适应产生影响。
Objective: The present study aimed to explore the moderated mediation among psychological capital, cultural intelligence, perceived cultural distance and minority preparatory undergraduates' mainstream acculturation. Methods:665 college students were recruited in the study to complete network social support scale, interpersonal trust scale, pro-social motivation scale, and network helping behavior scale. Results: ①Psychological capital significantly positively predicted mainstream Acculturation.②Cultural intelligence played a partial mediating role between psychological capital and mainstream acculturation. ③Perceived cultural distance moderated this mediation effect of cultural intelligence. Conclusion: The effect of psychological capital on mainstream acculturation is a moderated mediating effect minority preparatory undergraduates.
