摘要
党的十八届五中全会提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的"五大发展理念",对茶产业提质升级发展具有关键引领和战略指导作用。本文针对当前怀化茶产业发展面临的困境和新机遇,提出遵循"五大发展理念",创新思路,以绿色发展理念提质量,以创新发展理念抓改革,以共享发展理念树品牌,以开放发展理念促融合,以协调发展理念补短板,在茶叶质量、品牌、企业、文化、营销上实现整体提升。所提出的方法和思路同样适用于武陵山片区其它茶叶产区茶产业的提质升级。
        At the 5th Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing were put forward, which pointed out the direction of China’s progress and played a key role in guiding the upgrading and development of tea industry. In view of the current difficulties and new opportunities faced by the development of Huaihua tea industry, we should follow the "five development concepts", innovate ideas, make precise efforts according to the symptoms, improve the quality with the concept of green development, grasp the reform with the concept of innovative development, establish brand with the concept of shared development, promote integration with the concept of open development, Make up for the shortcomings with the concept of coordinated development. In tea quality, brand, enterprise, culture, marketing to achieve the overall improvement, Exploring a new way to upgrade and develop the tea industry in line with Huaihua’s situation,Although the research is aimed at the analysis of Huaihua tea industry, But the methods and ideas proposed can also be applied to the upgrading of other tea producing areas in Wulingshan area.
