顺行和逆行交锁髓内钉对股骨中下段骨折的疗效观察

摘要
目的研究顺行、逆行交锁髓内钉对股骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法选取本院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的80例股骨中下段骨折患者临床资料展开回顾分析,随机分为两组,各40例,对照组选择顺行交锁髓内钉,观察组选择逆行交锁髓内钉,对比两组6个月愈合率与并发症发生率。结果观察组6个月愈合率(97.5%)高于对照组(82.5%),两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.0%)低于对照组(20.0%),两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于股骨中下段骨折患者而言,与顺行交锁髓内钉相比,选择逆行交锁髓内钉可以显著地缩短愈合时间、减少并发症,值得在临床应用中加以推广。
Objective To study the effect of anterograde and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail on the fracture of middle and lower femur. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with middle and lower femoral fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019. They were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. The control group was selected as anterograde interlocking intramedullary nails, and the observation group as reverse interlocking intramedullary nails. Results The 6-month healing rate(97.5%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(82.5%), and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.0%) was lower than that in the control group(20.0%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with anterograde interlocking intramedullary nailing, retrograde interlocking intramedullary nailing can significantly shorten the healing time and reduce complications in patients with middle and lower femoral fractures.
