单病种临床路径管理经济效果分析

摘要
目的探讨单病种临床路径管理的应用效果。方法在某三甲医院接收的住院患者中,随机抽取5个病种200例患者作为观察组,实施临床路径管理;另随机选取同时期同样5个病种200例患者作为对照组,实施常规管理。结果观察组的平均住院时间和住院费用明显低于对照组,且观察组对治疗和护理的满意度明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单病种临床路径管理对提高医疗服务质量具有重要作用,临床应加以推广。
Objective To test the effect of single disease clinical pathway management.Methods 200 hospitalized patients were chose from 5 types of diseases randomly,who were set to be the observation group,and implemented clinical pathway management.Meanwhile,200 hospitalized patients from the same 5 types of diseases were set to be the control group randomly,and implemented routine management.Results The average length of stay and medical expenses of the observation group was less than the control group,while the degree of satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The single disease clinical pathway management plays an important role in improving the quality of medical service,and it is worthy for clinical application.
