摘要
目的通过检测接受和未接受意境作业训练的内外向人格特征受试者α频带脑电功率变化,分析意境作业对内外向人格的特异性影响。方法以在校大学生为受试对象,内外向人格维度进行分层,按照1∶1的比例随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组接受意境作业干预,对照组不做任何干预。在意境作业干预训练后,采集2组α频带绝对功率进行比较分析,同时对各组自身前、后α频带绝对功率进行比较分析。结果干预后,内向组和外向组在α频带的绝对功率差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05),内向实验组和对照组绝对功率值皆高于干预前;干预后,内向实验组与对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),内向实验组绝对功率低于对照组;干预后,外向实验组与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);内向实验组自身干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),内向实验组干预后绝对功率值大于干预前,外向实验组干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);内、外向对照组干预前、后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),内向对照组干预后绝对功率值大于干预前,外向对照组干预后绝对功率值低于干预前。结论意境干预对内向人格有静心安神效应,意境训练对外向人格有兴奋效应。
        Objective To analyze the influence of artistic conception operating training on introverts and extroverts through detecting the changes of α-band electroencephalogram(EEG) power in introverts and extroverts accepted or no accepted artistic conception operating training. Methods Undergraduates were chosen as subjects and introverted personality and extroverted personality were stratified(introvert group and extrovert group), and then introvert group and extrovert group were divided randomly into introvert test group, introvert control group, extrovert test group and extrovert control group in a ratio of 1 to 1. The test groups received training of artistic conception operation and all groups were given experimental test of artistic conception operation. After artistic conception operating training or intervention, α-band EEG absolute power was collected, compared and analyzed in 2 groups. Meanwhile α-band EEG absolute power was compared and analyzed in all groups before and after the intervention. Results The absolute power had statistical difference between introvert group and extrovert group(P<0.05). The absolute power was higher in introvert test group and introvert control group after intervention, and self-comparisons had statistical difference within introvert test group and introvert control group before and after intervention(P<0.05, P<0.01). There was significant statistical difference between introvert test group and introvert control group(P<0.01), and absolute power was lower in introvert test group than that in introvert control group. There was no significant statistical difference in extrovert test group(P>0.05), there was significant statistical difference in extrovert control group(P<0.01) before and after intervention, and there was no statistical difference between extrovert test group and extrovert control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The intervention of artistic conception operation has tranquilizing mind effect on introverts, and training of artistic conception operation has excitatory effect on extroverts.
