某妇幼医院2014—2016年泌尿生殖系统和性激素类药物用药频度分析

摘要
目的了解本院泌尿生殖系统和性激素类药物的使用情况。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)法,对厦门市妇幼保健院2014—2016年的泌尿生殖系统和性激素类药物销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果本院泌尿生殖系统和性激素类药物销售金额及DDDs呈上升趋势,用于辅助生殖的促排卵药品及雌、孕激素销售金额及DDDs排名靠前。结论本院泌尿生殖系统和性激素类药物使用基本合理,但性激素用于辅助生殖时,超说明书用药情况普遍。
Objective To investigate the clinical applications of urinary system and sexual hormone.Methods DDD was applied for statistical analysis to the consumption sum and the DDDs of the medicine used for reproductive system and sexual hormone.Results The consumption sum and DDDs of drugs mentioned above increased year by year,with ovulation simulants and sex hormone class medicine elevating most significantly.Conclusion The drug use is reasonable on the whole,with sex hormone that prevails in off-label drug use.
