摘要

目的探讨舒肝颗粒联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法选择该院医疗美容科收治的89例黄褐斑患者(2017年1月—2018年6月),随机分为2组,对照组40例患者行Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗,观察组49例患者行Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合舒肝颗粒治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、皮损评分、皮肤颜色评分、生活质量评分、不良反应、复发率。结果观察组的总有效率为95.92%,较对照组的80.00%更高(χ~2=5.595,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的皮损评分、皮肤颜色评分、生活质量评分分别为(1.08±0.32)分、(1.15±0.34)分、(9.04±3.27)分,对照组分别为(1.49±0.37)分、(1.54±0.40)分、(13.98±3.85)分,观察组均较对照组更低(t=5.604、4.972、6.545,P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的不良反应总发生率分别为4.08%、10.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.227,P>0.05),但观察组的复发率(2.04%)低于对照组的15.00%(χ~2=5.104,P<0.05)。结论舒肝颗粒与Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合应用可提高黄褐斑的临床疗效,改善其生活质量,还具有良好的安全性,减少复发。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan granule combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma. Methods Eighty-nine patients with chloasma(January 2017 to June 2018) admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 40 patients underwent Q-switched Nd:YAG laser treatment. 49 patients underwent Q-switched Nd:YAG laser combined with Shugan granules. The clinical efficacy, skin lesion score, skin color score, quality of life score, adverse reaction, and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was95.92%, which was higher than that of the control group, 80.00%,(χ~2=5.595, P<0.05). After treatment, the skin lesion score, skin color score and quality of life score were(1.08±0.32)points,(1.15±0.34)points, and(9.04±3.27)points, respectively, and the control group was(1.49±0.37)points,(1.54±0.40) points,(13.98±3.85) points, the observation group were lower than the control group,(t=5.604,4.972, 6.545, P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 4.08% and10.00%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=1.227, P>0.05), but the recurrence rate of the observation group(2.04%) was lower than that of the control group of 15.00% of the group(χ~2=5.104, P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shugan granules and Q-switched Nd:YAG laser can improve the clinical efficacy of chloasma and improve their quality of life. It also has good safety and reduces recurrence.
