我国互联网金融风险管控研究

摘要
互联网金融作为互联网和金融相结合的一种新型金融业态,在飞速发展进程中蕴含着各种难以预料的风险。以我国互联网金融发展现状为研究基础,揭示我国互联网金融发展过程中存在的法律政策、技术性、监管覆盖及信用四大风险,重点分析互联网金融风险产生的特殊性及原因;借鉴国外互联网金融发达国家的风险管控经验,应用到我国互联网金融风险管控中,提出我国互联网金融风险防范及管控策略。
As a new type of financial format combining Internet and finance,Internet finance has various unpredictable risks in the rapid development process.Based on the research status of China's Internet finance,this paper reveals the four major risks of policy,technology,regulatory coverage and credit in the process of Internet finance development in China and focuses on the particularity of Internet financial risks.The reason is to learn from the experience of foreign Internet finance in developed countries' risk management and control applied to the current reality of China's Internet financial risk,and proposes a China's Internet financial risk prevention and control strategy.
