香港海员罢工中苏兆征与林伟民的分工与协作

摘要
1922年香港海员罢工是中国共产党成立后我国工人运动第一次高潮的起点,被称为"中国第一次罢工高潮的第一怒涛",在中国职工运动史上具有重大的历史意义。领导这次罢工运动的苏兆征(1885-1929)和林伟民(1887-1927),是中国早期工人运动的卓越领袖。他们在这次伟大的罢工斗争中,毫不计较个人得失,自始至终团结一心,并肩作战,分工协作,相得益彰,展现了工人阶级领袖高贵的斗争品格和出色的斗争智慧,最终领导罢工取得胜利,永远值得人们学习和纪念。
The Hong Kong seamen's strike in 1922 was the starting point of the first climax of the labor movement in China after the founding of the Communist Party of China. It is called "the first anger of China's first strike climax" and has great historical significance in the history of Chinese workers' movement. Su Zhaozheng(1885-1929) and Lin Weimin(1887-1927), who led the strike, were the outstanding leaders of the early labor movement in China. They did not care about personal gains and losses in this great strike, combating and uniting as one from beginning to end. Through division of labor and cooperation, they finally led the strike to victory. Their noble characters and outstanding battling wisdom in the strike is always worth learning and commemorating.
