马云枝教授临床应用天麻钩藤饮经验

摘要
文章主要通过介绍国家名老中医马云枝教授多年的临床经验,总结其临床运用天麻钩藤饮治疗相关疾病经验,通过分析头痛、眩晕、中风等临床医案、分析病案,介绍相关疾病定义、病机以及天麻钩藤饮的组成、功用、主要适应证等,总结得出天麻钩藤饮对肝阳偏亢、肝风上扰所引起的高血压病、脑梗死、头痛、眩晕、耳鸣、抑郁症、失眠症、帕金森病等,均可取得良好的治疗效果。
The article mainly introduces the many years experience of Professor Ma Yunzhi, a national doctor in the country, and summarizes her experience in the clinical treatment of related diseases by applying Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮). This article analyzes the clinical medical records and case analysis of headache, dizziness, stroke, etc. and introduces related disease definitions and pathogenesis. As well as the composition, function, and main indications of Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮), it can achieve a good therapeutic effect for hypertension, cerebral infarction, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, depression, insomnia, Parkinson's disease, etc., which is caused by hepatic hemiplegia and hepatic wind disturbance.
