摘要
铜陵地区某铅锌矿原矿含铜较低、铜矿物嵌布粒度不均匀且与方铅矿结合紧密,造成铅精矿含铜较高,影响铅精矿品位。为降低铅精矿含铜品位,在矿石性质研究的基础上,试验采用铜铅混浮—重铬酸钾抑铅浮铜的工艺流程,最终闭路试验获得了铜精矿含铜15.34%、含铅5.94%、铜回收率为44.49%,铅精矿含铅64.17%、含铜0.42%、铅回收率为90.99%的满意指标;既解决了铅精矿含铜较高的难题,又实现了铜资源的综合回收利用。
A lead-zinc ore of Tongling contained low copper.Copper mineral disseminated extent is fine and close integration with the galena,caused lead concentrate containing high copper,lead concentrate grade is low.To decrease copper grade in lead concentrate,copper lead mixed floating-potassium dichromate lead float copper process was carried out based on the research of ore property.Satisfactory indicators of copper concentrate containing 15.34% copper and 5.94% lead,copper recovery rate was 44.49%; lead concentrate containing 64.17% lead and 0.42% copper,lead recovery was 90.99% was obtained.Not only solve the problems of lead concentrate containing copper but also comprehensive recovery of copper is eventually obtained.
