<正>近几十年来,随着器官移植技术的发展,离体手术的概念也不断演变,涉及器官整体切除、体外冷保存条件下病变切除(或修复)和器官重建以及部分器官再植。1963年,James Hardy 报道了首例高位输尿管损伤病例的离体手术;1988年,Pichlmayr等首次尝试离体肝肿瘤切除和自体肝移植。这些报道展示了处理常规手术不可切除的肝肿瘤的新方式,外科医生在进行离体手术时,可在无出血的手术视野下操作,更充分地暴露关键解剖结构,在避免器官缺血损伤的同
