三七炮制历史及标准现状分析

摘要
中药饮片是中医临床用药的处方药品,其质量直接关系中医临床用药的安全有效。三七,又名山漆、田七等,是中药珍品之一,有"南国神草"的美誉。性温,味甘、微苦,归肝、胃经。三七饮片包括生三七粉、三七片、熟三七和熟三七粉,市场上的三七质量良莠不齐,其质量的优劣直接影响着三七产业的发展和中医临床用药的安全性和有效性。故文章从三七炮制历史沿革、各省市自治区炮制规范要求、我国历版《中华人民共和国药典》及相关各国标准对比和存在问题等方面加以分析,对三七药材及饮片的标准提出发展思路,以期能为三七质量控制提供参考,促进三七产业的健康发展。
The decoction pieces of TCM is a prescription drug for clinical, and its quality directly affects the safety and curative effect. Radix Notoginseng that is one of the treasures of Chinese medicine, also called Sanchi and Tianqi, is famous of 'southern god herb'. Warm in property, sweet and slightly bitter in flavour, channel tropisms go to liver and stomach.The decoction pieces of Radix Notoginseng include Radix Notoginseng Powder, Radix Notoginseng Tablets, cooked Radix Notoginseng, and cooked Radix Notoginseng Powder. The quality of Radix Notoginseng is uneven in market. It is directly affects the development of the industry and the safety, effectiveness of TCM clinical medication. This paper pointed out development ideas for the standards of Radix Notoginseng medicinal materials and decoction pieces to provide reference for quality control of Radix Notoginseng and promote the healthy development of Radix Notoginseng industry, based on analyzing processing history evolution, processing standard requirements of various provinces, comparison of People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia and related national standards and existing problem.
