摘要
以6132型柴油机为研究背景,以尽可能地提高油底壳的结构刚度。主要是以有限元分析知识为基础,以有限元分析软件为手段进行自由模态分析,得出油底壳各阶固有频率、振型等油底壳固有的物理参数,找出薄弱部分,提出改进措施,再设计,再分析得到最终优化方案。
Based on the 6132 diesel engine as the research background, in order to improve the structure of the oil sump stiffness as much as possible。 Main based on finite element analysis of knowledge, by means of finite element analysis software for the free modal analysis, it is concluded that the oil sump of each order natural frequency,vibration mode and inherent physical parameters of oil sump, find out the weak part,improvement measures are proposed,then design, then analysis get the final optimization scheme.
