摘要
随着国际石油井控装备逐渐向高温高压方向发展的趋势,在国外防喷器高温胶件发展多年之后,国内开始高温变径闸板总成的研究。通过改进常温变径胶芯的结构,减小橡胶在高温高压工况下的孔挤出量,提高变径胶芯耐高温的能力。经过极限高温试验和连续高温试验的验证,证明胶芯可以满足149℃70MPa和121℃105MPa工况下1小时密封寿命和116℃70MPa和99℃105MPa工况下开关操作30次并密封10次压力的寿命要求。
With the development trend of international oil well control equipment to high temperature and high pressure,after many years development of high temperature packers of BOP in foreign countries,domestic research on high temperature variable bore ram assembly began.By improving the temperature VBR structure,reduce the amount of extruding rubber under high temperature and high pressure conditions,improve the ability of resistance to high temperature.after validation of the high temperature test and the continuous high temperature test,proof packer can satisfy 149 ℃ 70 MPa and 105 ℃ 121 MPa 1 hour seal life and under the condition of 116℃,70 Mpa and 99℃105 MPa condition open and close for 30 times and the service life of pressure 10 times.
