摘要
采用轻质生物油对棉花秸秆进行洗涤预处理,研究预处理前后棉花秸秆的热解特性。结果表明,洗涤预处理有效降低了棉秆灰分和金属元素含量,提高了生物油的产率和热值,降低了生物油的含水量,增大了棉秆炭挥发分和固定碳含量。因此,轻质生物油洗涤预处理是一种很好的生物质脱灰方式。
The effect of washing pretreatment on the pyrolysis of cotton stalk was studied by using light bio-oil to wash the cotton straw. The results showed that the pretreatment of light bio-oil was effective in reducing the content of ash and metal elements. The second pyrolysis reaction of the pyrolysis of cotton stalk was also reduced, and the yield and calorific value of bio-oil were improved. The water content of bio-oil was decreased, and the volatilization and fixed carbon content of cotton stalk carbon were increased. Therefore, the pretreatment of light bio-oil washing is a very good way to remove ash.
