卫矛属药用植物不同提取部位药理活性研究进展

摘要
卫矛属药用植物由于其在抗炎、活血止血、调节血糖血脂以及抗肿瘤方面具有突出活性而被广泛使用.研究了卫矛属药用植物因不同提取部位所表现出的生物活性差异特性,并着重分析了水提液部位和醇提液部位所产生的活性差别及其物质基础.研究发现水提液主要表现为降血糖血脂、凝血、止血等作用;而醇提部位主要表现出抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等活性作用.为该属植物的植物化学、药理学及其进一步的临床应用提供参考依据.
        The Euonymus genera has been widely used as medicinal plants in China as it mainly exhibits anti-inflammatory,promoting blood circulation,hemostatic,anti-diabetic,stabilizing blood lipids level,anti-tumor and other pharmacological properties. In this paper,we discussed about the pharmacological activities of different extracts from these medicinal plants and analyzed the differences and material basis between water-extracts and alcohol-extracts. It was found that the water-extracts mainly exhibited anti-diabetic,blood lipid regulation,coagulation and hemostatic effect while the alcohol-extracts mainly showed the activity of anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation. The study can provides theoretical basis for further research on phytochemistry,pharmacology and clinical application of these medicinal plants.
