零散区块高含水采出液现状及节能对策

摘要
目前油田大部分零散区块均已进入高含水阶段,由于区块储量规模小,远离已建注水系统,多采用天然能量开采,而本产的污水又拉运至联合站进行处理,处理得到的原油较少,整个过程不仅使运输成本增加了,而且经济效益又差。本文首先介绍了零散区块生产现状,针对现状,进行了预分水潜力分析,最后提出了两套预分水装置的设计思路,为后续高含水零散区块污水就地回注提供了指导依据。
        Most of scattered blocks have been entering high water cut stage in the oilfield,due to the small block reserves, away from the existing water injection system, most of blocks use natural energy exploitation.But the produced sewage is transported to the union station for processing, after processing, crude oil is very little, the whole process not only increase the cost of transportation, and bad economic benefit. In this paper, firstly, the production status of the scattered block is introduced.Secondly, in view of the status, we make the potential analysis of pre-separation water. At last, the design idea of two sets of pre-separation water devices is proposed, which provides guidance for the on-site reinjection of wastewater in the scattered block with high water-content.
