新时代高校继续教育领域党的组织力现状及提升策略分析

摘要

党的十九大赋予高校继续教育新的历史使命和内涵,新时代如何通过有效提升高校继续教育领域党的组织力,来实践习近平同志为核心的党中央对继续教育工作的要求,是本次研究的目的。文章经过广泛调研的基础上,结合高校继续教育领域基层党建工作实际,排摸制约组织力提升的瓶颈与约束,以问题为导向深究其源,并建设性提出高校继续教育领域党的组织力提升策略。
        The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has given new historical mission and connotation of continuing education in colleges and universities. The purpose of this study is how to effectively enhance the Party's organizational capacity in the field of continuing education in colleges and universities in the new era to fulfill the requirements of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core for continuing education. On the basis of extensive investigation, this paper combines with the practice of grass-roots Party building in the field of continuing education in colleges and universities, explores the bottlenecks and constraints that restrict the improvement of organizational strength, probes into the source of the problem-oriented, and constructively puts forward the strategies for improving the organizational strength of the Party in the field of continuing education in colleges and universities.
