威海市褚岛北部海域生化参数分布特征及相关性分析

摘要
根据2017年7月14日、9月1日和9月3日在山东省威海市褚岛北部海域现场测定的数据,对叶绿素Chl-a、化学需氧量CODmn、溶解氧DO和酸碱度p H等海水生化参数的时空变化特征及相关性展开分析。分析结果表明:(1)在3次测量中,7月14日整个测试海域Chl-a和CODmn浓度处于低值,DO和p H处于高值状态,其中6号站点DO达到9.08 mg/L,p H达到8.10;9月1日整个测试海域中Chl-a和CODmn浓度处于高值,其中12号站点叶绿素浓度达到5.04 mg/m3,CODmn达到0.755 mg/L,p H和DO处于低值状态;9月3日的观测值,Chl-a和CODmn数值与7月14日相近,p H和DO数值与9月1日相近;(2)从空间上看,在整个测试海域中,Chl-a、CODmn和p H的高值区有单峰和双峰型;DO的高值区基本是单峰型;(3)从3个航次整体测量数据来看,Chl-a与CODmn、DO和p H相关性不显著;CODmn与DO有显著相关性,但与p H相关性不显著,DO和p H相关性显著,从具体航次测量数据来看,这些生化参数之间的关系展现出复杂性。
        According to the field data on the northern waters of the Chu Dao Island of Weihai City, Shandong Province, on July 14~(th), September 1 stand September 3~(rd) 2017, this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal variations and correlation of Chlorophyll-a(Chl-a), Chemical Oxygen Demand(CODmn), Dissolved Oxygen(DO) and Hydrogen Ion Concentration(p H). The results show the following facts.(1) In the three groups of measurements,on July 14 th, the concentrations of Chl-a and CODmn in the whole sea area were at low levels, DO and p H were at high levels, of which in no. 6 site DO reached 9.08 mg/L and p H was 8.10. On September 1~(st), the concentration of Chl-a and CODmn in the whole test area was high, the chlorophyll concentration at no. 12 sites reached 5.04 mg/m~3 and CODmn reached 0.755 mg/L. The p H and DO were in a low level. In terms of observed values of September 3~(rd), the Chl-a and CODmn values were close to those on July 14~(th), and the p H and DO values were similar to those on September 1~(st).(2) From the spatial perspective, the high value areas of Chl-a,CODmn and p H have single peak and bimodal pattern in the whole test sea area; and the high value area of DO was basically unimodal.(3) There was no significant correlation between Chl-a and CODmn, DO and p H. The value of CODmn was significantly correlated with that of DO, but not significantly with p H. There was a significant correlation between DO and p H. The dataset of field observation shows that the relationships between these biochemical parameters were very complex.
